The mango is a completely configurable solution. This is because Opportunity Box has a local in-house engineering design and development capability. As such, the device can be adapted to suit your requirements over time. The current generation 2.0 device utilises a RFID/NFC reader, as well as the ability to function with or without an Internet connection.
In addition to this, the unit houses a touch screen for user feedback, a camera for identification, and a battery backup that allows a graceful shutdown in the event of a power outage. Given the exposure to outdoor elements, the housing is water and dust resistant (equivalent to an IPX6 Rating).
